Hotel Front Office Manager
Currently seeking a talented Front Office Manager for a large property.
As a Front office manager, you should combine a pleasant personality with a dynamic professional attitude to supervise and lead our team.
The position requires supervising a large staff to include Front Desk employees as well as Bell Staff. Must be able to ensure that staff is trained to value first and last impressions, recognize and adhere to all policies, procedures, and standards, field and effectively handle guest concerns and complaints as well as managing tasks to completion.
- Manage Front Desk Agents and Bell Staff
- Maintain organization of the front desk area
- Work with guests regarding any issues or concerns and their prompt resolution
- Guide new hire training
- Uphold excellent standards
Priority given to the candidate who has experience with Starwood/Marriott systems. This position reports to the Rooms Division Manager and would be an excellent opportunity for a general manager of a small Starwood / Marriott property.
