We are hiring for a Full Time Maintenance Position!

Our Maintenance Department located in Toms River has an immediate opening and we are looking for a hard-working individual who will complete and complement our existing staff. This position requires some knowledge of construction which includes but is not limited to, painting, small plumbing repairs, drywall repair/ replacement and floor replacement as well as other responsibilities. This position will also require general labor work of common grounds such as, tree trimming, garden maintenance and in the summer months swimming pool maintenance on two pools. Heavy lifting is required in some instances and outside work is performed all year long.

The starting salary is between $16-$21/hr. Benefits include, health, dental and paid sick time and paid vacation time. A valid driver’s license is required to be considered for this a position.
