Job Description:
The Department of Civil, Architectural and Environmental Engineering at the Missouri University of Science and Technology (Missouri S&T) is seeking a Postdoctoral Fellow with a strong background in wastewater treatment systems to contribute to an ongoing NSF project that investigates the oxygen transfer process, and to develop initial data for the removal of emerging contaminants such as PFAS from wastewater.
The Postdoctoral Fellow is expected to lead and coordinate research tasks, supervise graduate and undergraduate students who work in lab, and assist with project reporting requirements. This position is available immediately for an initial duration of two years, renewable based on funding availability and performance.
