Quality and Technical Support Manager
Quality and Technical Support Manager: Manage Production Proj. & Teams, incl supervise product quality, manage production projects, supervise engineers & training process, and analyze customer orders and specifications of production projects. Manage quality control standards, incl test new products, and develop plans for quality audits. Manage product & technology implementation, incl ensure the products are in compliance w/ customers' requirements, control production parameters and processes, troubleshoot product problems, Update production capabilities data, and monitor and increase preproduction capabilities.
Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's in Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Management or related field. 24 months experience in (a) commercial glass production with prod lines using LiSEC, HEGLA, GLASTON, BENTELER, FOREL, Cefla, CMS, DipTech & Bovonemachines rel to production techniques including glass cutting; edge treatments (seaming, grinding, polishing, drilling & milling); digital printing; tempering; heat strengthening; heat soak tests incl EN14179 & lamination; & (b) managing quality control procedures for commercial glass production incl anisotropy measuring systems & glass flatness systems. Knowledge of production according to lean manufacturing including Six Sigma.
