Plan, create & implement recruitment policy, strategy & process, including manage interviews, hiring needs, recruitment calendar, job fairs & 3rd party recruitment agents. Manage preparation job duties/job requirements, comp/benefits, promotion, evaluate & terminate. Develop HR policies, practices & programs aligned with corp policies strategic goals. Forecast hiring needs based on surveys of department managers & ensure recruitment runs smoothly. Monitor HR turnover, retention & recruitment costs. Conduct employee assistance, including career development, orientation, training, education, employee relations Keep consistent & updated HR docs incl HR org charts, job titles & job descripts. Assist with US visa process.
Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's in HR, Management, Business Administration, or related field. 24 months experience in HR & talent acquisition for manufacturing plants with large workforces & several work shifts, HR policies & HR management, including experience in recruitment for large manufacturing plants. Experience requirements in planning & management of recruitment; create recruitment policies; design training program for manufacturing workers; conduct recruitment, hiring & training for new manufacturing plants, & maintenance recruitment candidate database. Familiar with European Union General Data Projection Regulation & US visa process for temporary foreign workers.
CONDITIONS: Full Time 40 hours/week. Monday-Friday, approximately 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
