Richfield Living is accepting applications for C.N.A. students who are wanting to become a FT team member upon successfully completing the C.N.A class. This is a
5 week program with classes/clinical week held between 8:00am – 4:30pm, Monday thru Friday. Please specify the shift(s) you are interested in when you apply for this posting.
The C.N.A. provides direct care to all of Richfield’s residents. The C.N.A. will assist with ADL care including personal and oral hygiene, delivering and assisting with meals (as needed), proper hydration's as well as obtain vitals and weights. Proper documentation must be timely and requires attention to detail.
Richfield Living is transforming our medical model skilled nursing facility to the household model “where daily life flourishes in the richness of all that is home.” As part of the Household Model, our community has implemented a Person Directed Lifestyle philosophy and will be opening four (19 bed) long term care households late summer 2020.
In this role you will facilitate self-led teams. Each household has common shared areas consisting of a living room, dining room, and kitchen as well as a private bedroom for each resident. Richfield is currently looking to fill a Household C.N.A. The Household C.N.A has the primary responsibility of enhancing the resident's quality of life and working closely with the other household members.

Emphasis will be on providing all services based upon the residents’ individual preferences in a new state-of-the-art building.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Due to potential use of machinery, must be at least 18 years of age
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to follow instructions
- Must be licensed or become licensed as a C.N.A. within 120 days of completing a state approved C.N.A. class
