Customer Support Assistant
Job Description
The Cyber Range is seeking a motivated, high energy candidate wanting to gain a career-building experience by working part-time to build a skill set in problem-solving to help the Cyber Range users.
The successful candidate will be responsible for quickly resolving incoming questions and requests, as well as investigating, troubleshooting, resolving and/or escalating support issues. The successful candidate must have the ability to communicate and interact within a team, demonstrate a strong work ethic and organization skills, work independently with minimal supervision, and adapt quickly to changing environments.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- Desire and willingness to help others
- Demonstrate an ability to work in a team environment and on individual projects
- Demonstrate an ability to follow instructions
- Customer support work experience
- Experience using ServiceNow
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in using MKDocs
- Experience creating user guides and knowledge base
- Demonstrate basic cyber-security knowledge
